Refund Policy
Effective: March 2026
Setup Fees
All setup fees are non-refundable once Omnistack Global has initiated any third-party processes on your behalf, including but not limited to company registration filings, payment infrastructure setup, or website development. If you request a cancellation before any work or third-party payments have been initiated, you are entitled to a full refund of your setup fee. Refund eligibility is determined at the time your cancellation request is received and reviewed by our team.
Monthly Subscription Fees (Omni Shield)
Cancellation within 10 days of billing date: full refund. Cancellation after 10 days of billing date: no refund for that billing cycle. Subscriptions cancelled after the 10-day window will not be renewed in the following cycle.
Service Delivery Compensation
If Omnistack Global fails to deliver a confirmed service within the stated delivery timeline, you are entitled to a billing credit of 10% of your next monthly subscription fee for each business day of delay, up to a maximum credit of 50%. Credits are applied to your next invoice and are not redeemable as cash.
