Delivery Policy

Nature of Services

All services provided by Omnistack Global are digital and delivered remotely. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is confirmed via email notification from your dedicated account manager.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

US Hub: Company Registration approximately 3 business days from order confirmation. Website 3–5 business days, subject to timely submission of required materials by the client. SG Hub: Company Registration approximately 14 business days from order confirmation. Applications requiring additional regulatory review may take longer. Website 3–5 business days. Omni Shield: Core protection layers activated within 3–5 business days of onboarding completion. Dispute interception technology integration may require additional time depending on your payment infrastructure.

Client Responsibilities

Delivery timelines are contingent on the client providing all required information, documents, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client do not constitute a service delivery delay under our compensation policy.

You will receive an email notification at each stage of your service delivery. If you have not received a status update within the stated timeline, please contact our team immediately.

Delays and Support

In the event of a delay, your account manager will proactively notify you with a revised timeline. For urgent matters, please reach out directly via email.
